MEET THE TEAM
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Jerry leads Sam Tell’s Design and Engineering Department,
overseeing concept design, AutoCAD documentation, and equipment ful昀椀llment for high-volume, independent
restaurants. Renowned for building lasting relationships with top chefs like Jean-Georges, Andrew Carmellini,
Keith McNally, and Steven Starr, he brings a wealth of expertise and passion to every project. As President of
the International Federation of Equipment Distributors Engineering Group, Jerry thrives on the challenges of
designing innovative, dynamic spaces.

Joining Sam Tell in 2025, Michael brings 32 years of culinary and design/build experience to the
team. After working in top New York kitchens, he excelled in project management and kitchen design
at Trimark Economy Restaurant Fixtures in San Francisco. Later, at Edward Don & Company, Michael
helped grow their Design Build division into a national leader. At Sam Tell, he focuses on expanding
design/build capabilities and collaborating with chefs and operators to bring creative visions to life.
MICHAEL SCHEIMAN
Managing Director
Notable Projects: Twelvemonth (Burlingame, CA), The Beacon Grand Hotel (San Francisco, CA),
and Rosewood Miramar (Montecito, CA).
Adam Corsi has been a leader in foodservice design since 1992, joining Corsi Associates in 1995 and
becoming President in 2005. Based in Pennsylvania, he oversees all aspects of commercial foodservice
design at Corsi, a division of Sam Tell Companies. Known for fostering strong client relationships and pursuing
innovative design solutions, Adam is committed to creating functional, creative spaces that challenge
traditional foodservice design.

David Eymold, a design professional since 2001, joined Sam Tell Companies in 2019 as Senior QA & Design
Engineer. With a passion for creating ef昀椀cient, thoughtful designs, David thrives on seeing these concepts
come to life, especially in the foodservice sector. He 昀椀nds ful昀椀llment in transforming complex design
challenges into practical, functional solutions.
DAVID EYMOLD
Senior QA & Design Engineer
Notable Projects: North Sea Farms (Southhampton, NY), One Wall Street-Printemps (NYC), Fulgurances
(Brooklyn, NY), The Manner Hotel (NYC), and Cenadou (North Salem, NY).
Casey Fazio joined Sam Tell Companies in 2021 as a Design Executive after starting his design career in 2015.
With a degree in Drafting and Design, he specializes in creating ef昀椀cient, optimized kitchen layouts that balance
functionality and aesthetics. Casey excels in collaborating with clients to streamline operations while enhancing
spaces. His hands-on experience in foodservice operations further fuels his passion for delivering designs that
drive business success.

CASEY FAZIO
Design Executive
With over 30 years in the foodservice industry, David Podmore joined Sam Tell in 2018 as a Design Executive.
He specializes in transforming underutilized spaces into highly functional, purpose-built kitchens that blend design
with operational ef昀椀ciency. Drawing on nine years of experience in his family’s fabrication shop, David combines
practical expertise with creative solutions to deliver exceptional designs.
Notable Projects: Blue Ribbon Boston – Brasserie (Boston, MA) and Blue Ribbon Boston – Pescador (Boston, MA).
